Flood Restoration & Drying
Underfloor heating

When 3 feet of pluvial flooding inundated the basement, the presence of an underfloor hot water pipe heating system led the major loss adjuster on this project to anticipate a disruptive strip out schedule.

Thankfully, our surveying client advocated the use of our non-invasive evaporation drying solution to resolve the problem without requiring extensive works.

Wet to dry in days

Our drying treatment took just 4 days, isolating the basement area and allowing the resident to remain in situ throughout with minimal disruption.

Monitoring the moisture content of structural materials with an installed network of data probes, we evidenced a reduction from over 90% moisture content to below 25% in walls and floors, providing reliable drying data for our client that allowed reinstatement works to commence quickly.
