Architect endorses Trustheat's evaporation drying solution

Hugh Clegg from Fuse Architecture reflects on 'how successfully our drying solution works' following recent site visit.

In the wake of significant internal flooding, the Martin family contacted Trustheat to request our drying service via their flood insurance provider after being told they faced months of drying with dehumidifiers.

Due to the age and construction style of the property, plus the installation of an under floor central heating system, Hugh Clegg from Fuse Architects was brought on board by the insurer to oversee the drying, restoration and reinstatement process.

By using our evaporation drying solution the Martin family were assured that we could release trapped moisture without the need to remove all the floorboards or extensive under-floor heating system, which would have led to a sizeable increase in both costs and time.

Despite initially being sceptical that such extensive drying could be completed in just 4 days, architect Hugh Clegg from Fuse Architecture was amazed to see the whole property dried to it’s core (including the sub-floor) within the allotted time, noting:
