Garforth Flood Group 'amazed' by Trustheat's drying solution

The group were quick to observe the savings in time, cost and disruption when using our flood restoration solution.

Since 2008 the Garforth Flood Support Group have been assisting local residents tackle the threat of flooding. After hearing about Trustheat's unique flood restoration solution they asked to visit a local property in the midst of the drying process.

The property we were drying in York had suffered from extensive sub-floor flooding as a result of a leaking water pipe that ran through insulation below the concrete floor.

Trustheat were employed as the only drying company who could remove this moisture without the need to remove the entire floor at an estimated cost of £18,000. We drilled a series of boreholes throughout the ground floor and released trapped moisture via our evaporation drying service.

Treasurer Jacqueline Simpson has seen numerous instances of traditional dehumidifier drying first-hand, and noted:

"We were amazed at the efficiency of the system that had been installed and the level of science, technology and expertise involved.
Not only is this operation often more cost-effective, faster and far more efficient than the traditional ones used in the past but it is state of the art, 21st Century and far 'greener' than any other methods currently being used, with significant carbon savings.
We don't see how local authorities, insurance companies and flood victims can afford not to make use of the obvious advantages this company has to offer and we urge all to take note, to learn about them and benefit from the standard of service they offer along with the not inconsiderable savings they would bring."
